Global shocks and shifts indeed occurred with the recent completion of the Mercury/Uranus conjunction, and will continue with this week’s powerful Full Moon taking place in justice-seeking Libra and warrior Aries. In addition, Juno, asteroid ruler of key partnerships of all kinds, just turned retrograde until August 26. My friend and sidereal colleague Nick Anthony Fiorenza writes this:

Juno begins her retrograde conjoining retrograde Pluto on May 9. Juno’s retrogrades provide times to redefine the nature our relationships and how we interrelate, and in this case, to refine and elevate the resonance of our relationships. Juno completes her retrograde on August 26. The Juno-Pluto conjunction may bring up issues regarding the use of power and the need to control. It may also impel the dissolution of relations where there is not the willingness to let old patterns die or to elevate the nature of interrelating to higher ideals in the pursuit of a greater unified awareness. Juno will once again conjoin Pluto after her retrograde, on November 11, 2017.”

Get ready for both death and rebirth in your core alliances from lovers to friends to professional associates.

During this two week period (May 11-24), another event of historic proportion, Saturn trine Uranus, reaches its midpoint on May 18. This cycle began on Winter Solstice 2016 and completes November 11, 2017. Read more below.

We also complete the shadow period of the recent Venus retrograde cycle on May 18th, bringing fruition to goals or intentions you set in February/March this year. A path forward becomes clearer now.

For this entire SolLunar Cycle, I am pleased to post new spring watercolors by my friend, Sue Cederholm. You can view and purchase her many inspiring, colorful art forms at Inspired Wild Designs. Thank you, Sue!

ECLIPSE MINI-READINGS: I am offering mini-readings for $44 (a number associated with living your Mastery on Earth) from now until the end of August. In this short reading, I will let you know where this historic Solar Eclipse is taking place in your personal chart, which helps identify where and how these dynamic energies are encouraging you already, NOW, to step out of one life and into the next exciting phase. Please send me an email if that interests you. Thank you!

NOTE: I post twice a month, on the New Moon (which includes the two weeks of New Moon and First Quarter Moon) and on the Full Moon (which includes the two weeks of Full Moon and Last Quarter Moon). On occasion, I will add periodic updates throughout each post, so check back throughout these two week segments for current additions. Working with the natural unfolding of time and supportive cosmic energy of each unique SolLunar Cycle, you will find your life flow with more ease and grace. In addition, my interpretations and predictions are based on the true sidereal astronomical alignments. You can read about my unique way of interpreting astrology at this link: EarthWord SkyWord sidereal readings. Even NASA is onboard now with the sidereal zodiac!

Full Moon in sidereal Libra/Aries

Here is a description of the qualities of the Last Quarter Moon phase compliments of my friend and sidereal colleague, Nick Anthony Fiorenza at Lunar Planner:

“This phase completes with our Inner Needs surfacing to consciousness, to become aware of what is important to self and what is not. A sense of completion comes forth with a recognition that the past scenario has served its purpose and it is time to leave what is antiquated behind. Knowing now what our Truth is, it is time to consciously live it. Doing so provides a choice for others to also live theirs. Changing allows us to spiral to a new octave of experience—one that will eventually sprout in the next lunar cycle to come.”

Thu May 18

Last Quarter Moon: This will be a particularly active Last Quarter Moon as the Sun makes a decision-making square to the Lunar Nodes, helping you release the past and embrace the future. When the Moon conjuncts the South Lunar Node once a month, old acquaintances can either enter or leave your life. As today marks the completion of the recent Venus retrograde cycle, new loves arrive or creative projects complete.

Saturn in Sagittarius trine Uranus in Aries: These two slow-moving planets occasionally team up in a helpful trine that supports innovation, societal awakenings, revolutionary turning points. This current cycle began on Winter Solstice 2016 and will complete on November 11, 2017. Saturn represents those in power, the current reality or status quo while Uranus governs rebels who defy the norms and long for a better future. Use this dynamic in examining your own life goals and plans, and take a Uranian leap of faith in the coming months.

Fri May 19

Mars in Taurus quincunx Pluto in Sagittarius: Both Mars and Pluto are associated with will power and forcefulness. Mars is associated with our personal will and Pluto symbolizes Higher Will. Use this aspect to make an adjustment (quincunx) so the two are more in alignment ensuring you aren’t fighting the flow of your life, but aligning with your larger purpose and destiny. This often involves shedding aspects of negative ego.

Moon/Neptune conjunction: This takes place near midnight so your dreamscape is super-active overnight. Your imagination can run wild, positively or negatively. Set clear intentions so this clear portal of faith and possibility works in your favor.

Sat May 20

Moon in Aquarius square Mars in Taurus: There’s an edge of intolerance or anti-social behavior associated with this aspect, which can mean you want to stand apart from the crowd. It’s also excellent for community events where people are taking action upon what they believe.

Pallas Athene in Pisces square Juno in Sagittarius: Pallas Athene is associated with our creative intelligence and innate wisdom. With today’s decision-making square, team up with a partner (Juno) to strategize some goal, utilizing the strength of your differences to make a better product or way of working together.

Sun May 21

Moon in Pisces sextile Sun in Taurus: This laid-back aspect is sure to make for a relaxing Sunday as you balance the need for rest (Pisces) with minimal work (Taurus). Floating down a river or sauntering by water are good choices today.

Mon May 22

Moon/Venus conjunction in Pisces: Look outside at first light to witness this stunning beautiful pairing. The fading crescent Moon aligns with love-fulfilling Venus. Tell the Great Heavens what you need and what you want, sending out a prayer of gratitude and faith and the patience to await.

Mercury in Aries square Vesta in Cancer: This can lead to shortness or swift impatience in your communications as you prepare your family for the day’s activities. There can be a sudden shift in what you had planned.

Tue May 23

Moon/Mercury conjunction in Aries: This aspect can lead to a short attention span, but as you jump from idea to idea, some new flash of insight just might flit by. Excellent day to brainstorm a new future. Define what courage means to you, and take one courageous step.

Missed Last Week’s Post? Here it is!

Wed May 24

Moon in Aries trine Pluto/Juno in Sagittarius: It’s the last day of this SolLunar cycle, traditionally a good time to take a relaxing break before tomorrow’s New Moon. But that break might feel like the need for a long run with a friend with the athletic Moon in Aries. If you do have looming deadlines, the fire element of today will see you through to completion with plenty of energy. Happy New Moon tomorrow!
