Brain Works Kitchen was created by Annie Fenn, M.D., a physician on a mission to wipe out Alzheimer’s disease. Annie hopes to spread the word that up to 50% of all cases of Alzheimer’s and dementia is preventable with the proper care and feeding of our brains. Her cooking classes teach how to eat and cook with brain healthy foods based on the latest science. She shares recipes and writes regularly on her website BrainWorksKitchen.com about Alzheimer’s prevention. Annie is available for speaking engagements and private cooking classes. She also offers cooking classes through the Brain Works program, a 6-week dementia prevention class offered by St. John’s Medical Center.
